Qualifications

• No experience required; we train you to be a success.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.

Responsabilités

• Approach, greet, and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to responses.
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe all available equipment for customer purchase.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Present new/used vehicles in a high-quality, professional manner.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and follow the sales process per standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
