Trust Antelope Valley Subaru seeks an experienced Automotive Sales Associate to sell vehicles, achieve optimal gross profit and sales volume, and provide exceptional customer service. The role reports to the Sales Manager and offers a positive work environment with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, presenting vehicles, coordinating test drives, handling paperwork with the Finance Manager, and following up on post-delivery items to ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and committed to maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for dealership insurance coverage.
• Pre-employment checks may include background, MVR review, and drug screening per law.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.
• References may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles while achieving/maintaining gross profit, sales volume, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead customers greeting and ensure Sales Manager meets each customer.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles and provide product information and demonstrations.
• Offer test drives and obtain proper identification before each test drive.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and deliver vehicles with explanations of features and warranties.
• Follow up on post-delivery items and maintain prospect development and follow-up systems.
• Attend sales meetings and keep the used-vehicle department organized and presentable.
