Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals.
• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers repeatedly.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles at gross profit and meet customer satisfaction standards.
• Build relationships and close deals through a CRM-driven process.
• Provide product, financing, and service recommendations to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and lender options to optimize offers.
