Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly plans to reach personal monthly goals.
• Track daily activities: showroom calls, internet opportunities, test drives, appointments.
• Complete CRM duties and follow-ups; ensure accurate customer data.
• Maintain CRM to encourage repeat business and referrals; meet market share.
• Be active in prospecting beyond daily walk-ins to hit targets.
• Conduct dealership walkthroughs with clients (service, features, parts).
• Deliver sold vehicles and offer a second delivery if preferred.
• Learn automotive terminology and stay updated on products.
• Maintain CSI scores above regional average.
