We are looking for an Experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team!

The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
  2. Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  3. Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority. Know the in’s and out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies.
  4. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  5. Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  6. Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
  7. Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.
  8. Bring a positive attitude and your best effort to work every day.
Qualifications
  1. Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
  2. Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
  3. Eager to learn and improve product knowledge.
  4. Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
  5. Professional, well-groomed appearance.
  6. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
