Role Overview

Compensation

$60,000 - $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Seek opportunities to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Provide courteous and efficient service to all customers.
• Greet customers warmly and understand their needs.
• Assist with vehicle selection, delivery, and follow-up post-purchase.
• Adhere to dealership and manufacturer guidelines and procedures.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Review individual CSI, sales, and production metrics regularly.
• Set personal performance goals and pursue continuous improvement.
• Contribute to business growth through training and active involvement in operations.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer and departmental issues.
