Young Automotive Group's Young Subaru location in Ogden is seeking Automotive Sales Consultants to help customers choose vehicles and build lasting relationships, delivering an exceptional buying experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and guide customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best fit their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Stay up to date on automotive trends, current promotions, and financing options
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and efficient sales experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or a related salesman role is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
