Job summary

EasyCare Recruiting is seeking an energetic automotive sales professional in McAlester to join our team. This role focuses on turning sales skill and excellent customer service into profits by closing sales and building lifetime customers.

You will work to understand and implement dealership sales processes, present inventory, and strive to exceed monthly targets and market share goals. Excellent benefits are provided and compensation is performance-based.

Qualifications

• Prior retail automotive sales experience and/or sales training preferred.
• Compensation is based on performance and is competitive with the retail automotive market.

• Understand and implement dealership sales process.
• Own and excel at every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery).
• Present and demonstrate inventory.
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports.

• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership.
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards.
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification.
