Job summary

Kia of Grand Island is looking for an energetic automotive sales associate dedicated to delivering a superior customer experience. You will greet customers, present vehicle options, explain features and financing, and guide buyers through the sales process.

Expect a base salary with bonuses, a flexible schedule, and benefits including 401k match, medical/dental/vision coverage, and paid vacations. You’ll join a team that values integrity, enthusiasm, and daily customer care.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the work day.
• Outgoing & positive with a friendly personality.
• Clean and valid driver license.
• Submit to a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership and provide a positive experience.
• Explain product performance, applications and benefits to consumers.
• Learn to overcome objections and perform all steps of the sales process.
• Report to the manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis.
