Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• General automotive repair and diagnostic knowledge.
• Ability to safely use shop tools and electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience as an automotive technician in a dealership or repair shop.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and vehicle repairs as outlined on repair orders.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using electronic diagnostic tools.
• Repair and maintain vehicle systems including but not limited to engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and air conditioning.
• Test drive vehicles and verify repairs to ensure safety and performance standards are met.
• Complete warranty and non-warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Communicate repair findings and estimated completion times with service advisors.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment.
• Stay current on updated repair procedures and new vehicle technology.

We are seeking a dependable Automotive Technician to perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in a fast‑paced dealership service department. What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and vehicle repairs as outlined on repair orders.

Pay & Benefits

Compensation

• $25.00-$50.00 per flat rate hour
• Compensation is based on experience, skills, and certifications and is negotiable.
• Eligible for a monthly bonus based on position and number of RO hours turned
