Ames, IA is seeking an automotive sales professional for a growth-focused role with EasyCare Recruiting. You will leverage sales skills, excellent customer service and industry knowledge to drive profits and build lifetime customers.

Responsibilities cover the full sales cycle, from prospecting to delivery, with ongoing focus on inventory management and market expansion. Competitive compensation is based on performance and benefits are provided.

Formación

• Experience in automotive sales roles.
• Familiarity with dealership processes and inventory management.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and implement dealership sales process.
• Own and excel at every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery).
• Present and demonstrate inventory.
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports.
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share.
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership.
• Maintain CSI, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards.
• Stay up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications.

Requirements

• Compensation is based on performance and is competitive with the retail automotive market.
