We seek a self-motivated, enthusiastic, customer-focused, reliable, and coachable candidate with automotive sales experience. As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will advise customers on their next vehicle purchase, ensuring a positive experience while benefiting from high earning potential and flexible work arrangements.

All applicants must pass pre-employment testing, including sales licensing and background checks, to qualify for employment.

Responsibilities

• Explain vehicle features, capabilities, warranties, and services; facilitate test drives; compare models.
• Prospect daily for potential customers and maintain relationships with previous clients.
• Maintain high CSI scores and follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay updated on product features, accessories, and inventory benefits.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and guarantee a positive experience.
• Set personal goals aligned with dealership standards and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Provide sales reports and attend training sessions and meetings.
• Adhere to company policies and demonstrate behaviors aligned with company values.

Qualifications
