Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

We are currently seeking Sales Associates to join our growing team. Sales Associates can expect to earn $65,000-$125,000 per year depending on personal performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs using current inventory information
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features on the lot
• Assist customers in completing their sales applications
• Inspect the lot’s vehicles daily, report any problems to management
• Ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
• Quality customer service skills and a sales track record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in-person and over the phone
• Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
• Proficient in basic business math including percentages
• Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs
• Persistent, competitive, and with a good work ethic
• Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
