Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers on the lot into the sales process
• Help customers find vehicles that meet their needs using current inventory
• Demonstrate vehicle features to enhance sales
• Assist customers with completing sales applications
• Inspect the lot daily for vehicle issues and report problems to management
• Ensure the lot is properly merchandised to maximize sales

Qualifications

• High energy and enthusiasm during sales workday
• Outgoing, friendly, and skilled at handling objections
• Proven customer service and sales track record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Persuasive with the ability to overcome objections
• Basic math skills, including percentages
• Ability to learn and use Microsoft Office, accounting software, and sales programs
• Persistent, competitive, and strong work ethic
• Customer-focused to enhance dealership and personal sales
