Job summary

Green Ford in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Junior Sales Associate / Apprentice for a first-year opportunity with a 60–80K target. You will learn the Ford selling process, greet customers, and build a referral network while developing sales skills.

You will handle test drives, present pricing and incentives, and participate in daily work planning with training provided to support your growth in the role.

Responsibilities

• Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Ford selling process
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives
• Complete Daily Work Plan
• Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
• Training will be provided
