Asbury in Burlington, MA is seeking a Sales Advisor to respond to online vehicle inquiries and guide customers through the initial buying process to final sale.

You will build rapport, answer leads quickly via phone and email, schedule appointments, conduct test drives, and maintain professional appearance while leveraging CRM tools. A valid driver's license, ability to pass screenings, and customer-focused mindset are required; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).
• Experience in automotive sales or retail is a plus.

Compensation: $65,000-$110,000+

Wage is comprised of base salary and additional bonus structure as determined by pay plan. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.

The Sales Advisor's primary role in the dealership is to respond to customers that inquire about a vehicle advertised on-line utilizing phone and email methods. The Sales Advisor works with customers who visit the store directly taking them through the initial buying process through to the final sale.

• Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Asburyselling process
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Answer internet leads with in the stores required time and email product information with pricing
• Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for customers
• Confirm appointments
• Make outbound phone calls to follow up with customers on inquiry, after the sale, and for repeat business
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk arounds with customer
• Work with the customer from start to finish throughout the buying process
• Must have motivation to be successful

• Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships
• Strong computer & phone skills
• Experience utilizing and maintaininga customer relations management database
• Prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business developmentexperience a plus
