Compensation: $75,000 - $175,000 annually based on sales performance

Job Description

Our sales professionals are responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. Key activities include personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and guarantee a positive experience.
  • Identify customer needs through questions and active listening.
  • Demonstrate vehicles, including test drives.
  • Deliver vehicles, explaining features, warranty, and paperwork to foster loyalty.
  • Set and strategize to meet personal income goals aligned with dealership standards.
  • Report objectives, activities, and reviews to the Sales Manager.
  • Stay informed about inventory, features, and accessories.
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely vehicle reconditioning.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain prospect development and owner follow-up systems.
  • Analyze performance regularly to improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated on automotive terminology and technological advancements.
  • Explain vehicle depreciation, equity, and values to customers.
  • Comply with laws governing retail auto sales.
  • Introduce customers to service department personnel to promote service sales.
  • Follow all safety policies and report accidents immediately.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and information.
  • Valid in-state driver’s license.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to meet sales quotas.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
  • Pass pre-employment checks including background, MVR, drug test, and credit report.
