Position Summary:

CyberMaxx is the leading tech-enabled cybersecurity company that offers Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services. Our Security Operations Center (SOC) combines advanced monitoring services and threat detection capabilities with best-in-class business risk assessment to provide the optimal incident response approach for every client. We integrate threat intelligence, event monitoring, security analytics and incident response, while catalyzing machine learning and automation orchestration to detect targeted cyberattacks.

As a CyberMaxx Channel Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market reach through our technology service distributor (TSD) partners and overall partner community. You will be responsible for increasing the number of partners, opening new business, leveraging existing partners, recruiting new partners, developing strong relationships, and enabling them to successfully go to market with our cybersecurity solutions. This role offers a base salary, benefits, and commissions based on sales quotas, with no cap on quota.

While this position is remote, we require the candidate to be located in the Chicago, IL region.

What It Takes To Be Successful
Primary Sales Resource in North Central
  • Lead efforts in North Central Region (MN, WI, IL, IN, MI, KY & OH) driving new business acquisition
  • Work collaboratively with support and leadership teams to maximize revenue in North Central
Partner Recruitment And Development
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand our channel network.
  • Develop and execute a partner recruitment plan within your specific region
  • Support existing partner activities in the region
Partner Enablement And Training
  • Leverage Partner Development resources to provide comprehensive training and enablement programs to equip partners with the knowledge and skills to effectively sell and support our solutions.
Sales Enablement And Support
  • Collaborate with the channel and marketing teams to share partner feedback on collateral and marketing campaigns to fit their specific ICP.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners, including deal registration, technical assistance through our sales engineering team, and lead generation support.
Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leveraging channel sales and partner management.
  • Proven track record of attaining quotas in new business roles.
  • Strong understanding of the MDR market, cybersecurity industry, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
