The Randy Wise Automotive Team in Grand Blanc, MI is looking for a motivated, personable individual to join our sales team. As the face of the dealership, you will create a warm, inviting environment where customers feel heard, valued, and guided through our current vehicle lineup without high-pressure tactics.

You will listen to customer needs, recommend models for their lifestyle, coordinate test drives, explain features and financing options, and stay in touch with clients to assist with

Formación

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Strong comfort level with computers and tablet-based software.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills when speaking with customers.
• A genuine interest in learning about the features and technology of our vehicles.

• Keep in touch with previous clients to answer questions and help them with their next automotive needs.
