This hands-on leader develops team members and ensures smooth, efficient store performance, while acting as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.

You’ll champion Belle Tire’s 6-Step Sales Process, help manage schedules, inventory, and vendor relationships, and assist in achieving store goals and financial targets.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Assist Store Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating the store team.
