Belle Tire Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help the Store Manager drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You’ll coach and develop the team, lead as on-duty manager, and ensure smooth store performance across daily operations.

You’ll focus on coaching, training, and delivering elite service while promoting Belle Tire’s culture and values. This hands-on role offers growth as you advance toward store management and a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in a retail or related customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
