Job summary

Belle Tire Inc is seeking an Assistant Manager in an Indiana store to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, coaching the team, and driving sales and customer satisfaction. You will model Belle Tire culture, ensure premium service, and prepare to advance into store management.

You will oversee operations, participate in financial tracking, and mentor staff to deliver elite service while maintaining strong store performance and customer trust.

Qualifications

• 2--4 years of leadership experience in a retail or related customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating the store team.
• Lead by example, fostering accountability, teamwork, and engagement.
• Act as manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through Belle Tire’s 6‑Step Sales Process.
• Oversee daily store functions including scheduling, inventory, and shop coordination.
• Assist with P&L management and performance metrics.
• Promote Belle Tire’s culture and brand through leadership.
