Belle Tire Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales, and delivering a premium customer experience. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching teams, ensuring smooth store performance, and advancing toward store management responsibilities.

The position emphasizes leadership, customer service, and financial awareness within a fast-paced tire and automotive retail environment across multiple locations in the Midwest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example, coaching, developing, and motivating the store team.
• Act as manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring alignment and continuity.
• Drive sales by actively engaging customers and following the 6-Step Sales Process.
• Oversee daily store operations: scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and shop coordination.
• Monitor customer feedback and maintain high service standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to manage vendor relationships and product availability.
• Analyze reports and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and financial targets.
• Support P&L management by monitoring sales, labor, and expenses.
• Foster Belle Tire's culture, values, and a high-energy team environment.
