Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is hiring an Automotive Retail Salesperson. This dynamic role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service in person and by phone, promoting our automotive services and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include merchandising and promoting products, coordinating with technicians for clear service times, handling transactions, and ensuring a seamless visit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times.

Responsibilities
