Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in our Nashville, TN stores. You will drive sales, promote services, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments, while building customer relationships.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2 years of retail sales experience; you will engage customers in-store and over the phone, handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth checkout.

Qualifications

• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
