Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a motivated Automotive Retail Salesperson to provide exceptional customer service in our Dickson, TN store. You will drive sales, explain services, and schedule appointments while delivering a friendly, efficient experience.

You will build loyalty through accurate information, promotional knowledge, and responsive communication, both in person and over the phone, contributing to team success and store growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
