Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Spring Hill, TN is hiring a dynamic Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in our automotive retail environment. You will engage customers in person and over the phone, promote services, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless visit.

The role requires a High School Diploma, at least 2 years in retail sales, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
