Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver outstanding service in store and over the phone, drive visit conversions, and promote services. You will build relationships, handle transactions with accuracy, and coordinate with technicians to schedule service appointments.

A high school diploma and 2 years of retail sales experience are required, with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
