Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store setting. You will engage customers in person and by phone, promote services, and drive sales while coordinating with technicians to schedule appointments.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, two years of retail sales experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
