Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to serve customers in person and over the phone, promoting services and building relationships to drive sales. You will handle transactions accurately and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments.

You will deliver superior service in a fast-paced automotive retail environment, collaborating with team members and upholding Bridgestone standards while supporting store goals and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
