Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Sales Specialist to help customers keep their vehicles running safely while developing career skills within a path for growth across our extensive retail network.

You will deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, build lasting relationships, and recommend automotive products based on customer needs. You will also coordinate appointments and support daily store operations to drive success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Willingness to learn new systems and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
