Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in our stores and over the phone. You will drive the visit, persuade customers to engage with our automotive services, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments while building lasting relationships with shoppers.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.

• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
