Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive retail setting. You will sell services, build relationships, and coordinate timely appointments with technicians.

The role emphasizes energetic in-person and phone interactions, with a pay range based on experience and performance. A strong retail background and customer-first attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
