Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson focused on delivering exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. You will promote services, build relationships with customers, and coordinate clear time commitments between technicians and customers for appointments.

You will handle transactions with precision and contribute to a fast-paced automotive retail environment while aiming to meet or exceed customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
