Bridgestone Retail Operations is hiring a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver outstanding customer service in our stores. The role focuses on meeting and exceeding customer needs, selling services, and coordinating with technicians to schedule appointments, while handling transactions accurately.

You will engage with customers in person and by phone, build relationships, promote our products, and contribute to sales growth in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
