Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver outstanding customer service in our auto care environment. You will drive sales through engaging conversations, build relationships with customers, and coordinate service appointments with technicians to ensure a smooth visit.

The role emphasizes in-person and phone interactions, a dynamic fast-paced setting, and a commitment to meeting or exceeding customer needs while promoting our products and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience is required.
• Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
