Job summary

You will deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, promote products and services, and help arrange accurate time commitments for service appointments with technicians. The position emphasizes sales, customer relations, and efficient checkout procedures in a fast-paced automotive retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone to meet customer needs.
• Promote and sell automotive services and products.
• Merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services.
