Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is recruiting a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson for our stores. You will provide excellent in-person and phone customer service, aim to exceed customer needs, and promote our services, ensuring smooth appointments and transactions.

Pay Range: $16.80 - $25.10. Bridgestone commits to fair compensation and a positive work environment with benefits starting from day 1.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
