Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in Indianapolis is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson. The role centers on delivering exceptional customer service both in-store and by phone, driving sales of our automotive services, and scheduling timely service appointments.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least 2 years of retail sales experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. A valid driver’s license is required for customer and company vehicle use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
