Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson in North Carolina. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in person and by phone, driving sales for automotive services, and coordinating with technicians to set clear appointment timelines.

Pay range is $14.40 to $21.51 per hour. The position emphasizes energetic engagement, relationship building, and accurate transaction handling in a fast-paced automotive retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
