Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. You will promote products, schedule service appointments, and close visits with a focus on meeting customer needs in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Pay range is $20.00-$31.25 per hour. This role includes training, incentives, and benefits for eligible teammates, with opportunities for growth within Bridgestone’s retail network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
