Bridgestone Americas is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to join our team. In this on-site role, you will deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone, drive sales, and coordinate service appointments with technicians to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will promote products, build relationships and contribute to sales growth in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
