Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone, promoting our services and building lasting customer relationships. You will ensure smooth transactions and coordinate with technicians to schedule service appointments.

The role emphasizes energetic sales, product promotion, and a focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
