Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is hiring an Automotive Retail Salesperson. This dynamic, sales-focused role delivers outstanding customer service in person and over the phone, aiming to meet and exceed customer needs while promoting our automotive services and products.

You will use your energetic demeanor to sell the visit, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a smooth checkout.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
