Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Arizona is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales for our automotive services. You will engage customers in-store and over the phone, promoting services and scheduling appointments with technicians.

The role requires a can-do attitude, the ability to communicate clearly, and a focus on building lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Strong problem solving skills related to customer issues.

Responsabilidades

• Operate as a motivated sales individual.
• Build customer satisfaction & loyalty.
• Merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services.
