Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Retail Salesperson to provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone, driving sales and scheduling service appointments.

You will build relationships, promote products and services, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service. The role emphasizes energetic engagement, sales-mindedness and a commitment to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with customers and handle complaints.
• Problem solving skills related to customer issues.
• Valid driver's license at all times.
