Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is recruiting an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and by phone, drive sales, and coordinate service appointments. You will promote products, balance transactions, and build relationships to ensure repeat visits.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $23.90 per hour, with fair compensation standards. This role suits individuals with a sales mindset, strong communication, and a passion for automotive services in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
