Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll drive sales, promote services, and coordinate with technicians to set clear appointment times, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Pay Range: $17.60 - $26.29 per hour. Benefits include health, paid time off, ASE certifications, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license.
• Ability to assist customers in sales and handle complaints to ensure loyalty.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues.
