Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store environment. You will drive sales, coordinate with technicians for service appointments, and handle transactions with accuracy while promoting our products and services.

This role emphasizes energetic engagement with customers in-person and over the phone, with a pay range of $14.40 to $21.51 per hour and opportunities for performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with customers about sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
