Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in the United States is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone, aiming to meet and exceed customer needs.

You will use an energetic demeanor to promote services, build relationships, and drive sales while coordinating with technicians for service appointments. The role is fast-paced and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
